This Winter Engagement Session in Charlotte NC took place at two beautiful spots near the heart of the city.
We started the Winter Engagement session in Charlotte, NC at Midtown Park. Firstly, due to the park’s proximity to the city. We also loved the fact that the park has a lot of space to roam around in the sunshine. It’s always good for your engagement session if we have a lot of space. This allows us to really have fun. You know what that means! Plenty of open room for movement!
After playing in the afternoon sun at the park we went to another location! We used the remaining light of the cool, winter day for cruising out to a secluded spot along the Charlotte Greenway. Here, we pretty much had the entire trail to ourselves! The last light of the day ended up giving us the most gorgeous golden light! As the crisp air, sunlight and warm tones of the earth all worked together, it created an incredible soft glow to the end of our session. I was definitely nerd-ing out on all of the pretty light and romantic feelings I could sense between Courtney and Nick!
Courtney & Nick will be getting married at Camellia Gardens and I’m so eager to explore this beautiful space while documenting their day. I cannot wait to witness them say “Heck yes!” to forever with one another, get to know their friends & family and party long into the evening!
