Can you believe this was my first time shooting an engagement session at WRAL Gardens in Raleigh?! Well, it was! It certainly won’t be my last though. Kiara and Lincoln set the stage for what will be plenty of beautiful sessions at this amazing engagement session location in the Raleigh area. We had so much fun! This session is full of so many beautiful photos and it really shows off the playful love Kiara and Lincoln share for one another as well.
I could have photographed this engagement session at WRAL gardens forever, honestly. However, I knew that Kiara enjoyed other sessions that I’ve done at the Raleigh Rose Garden as well! That said, because it’s only a short distance from the WFLA gardens, we drove over to the Raleigh Rose Garden as well!
We got quite the surprise arriving at the Rose Garden. Due to the ever known shut downs happening in this wild year of 2020, the Rose Garden is undergoing major construction. Shooting at this location definitely gave me a challenge, but looking at the photos in this gallery, you will NEVER know that three quarters of the park were actually covered in orange construction barriers.
Luckily, Kiara and Lincoln were NEVER worried. They have so much trust in me as a photographer and they put their trust in my judgement. When I say: I got this, they fully believe me. That trust goes so far with my confidence as I’m shooting, and I know that is evident throughout this gallery.
