It’s amazing that you can find little pockets of greenery in a place so abundant with skyscrapers and subways; NYC, I love you. I walked about 60 blocks from mid to uptown in the city that day, excited that I was going to meet Frankie and Phil. That walk was fueled by some grub from Shake Shack (my first time, actually) and a chance encounter in seeing Tina Fey shooting on set (she smiled at me–but I didn’t bother her, because ya know, I was playing it cool–I just smiled in return, while fan girling inside). I then arrived at this cool little uptown park along the east river, and met two of the most down to earth people ever, who also have an equally awesome taste in food as myself.
