Ah, my heart sings getting to post this Downtown Winston-Salem Anniversary Session. Jess and Aric are some of our greatest friends so when they asked me to photograph them for their anniversary, I was so honored. Jess and Aric haven’t had many photos taken together and their wedding was a surprise cruise ship wedding if you can believe that! After years of marriage, it was time for them to decorate their walls with photos of themselves.
Our friends at Dogwood Hops & Crops allowed us to use their vacant apartment area for some photos before we hit the streets of downtown Winston-Salem. Since we all live in the downtown area, we met at Dogwood for a pre-session drink and then got to it! After strolling the a few blocks near their home, Jess and Aric invited me to their rooftop deck to finish out their downtown Winston-Salem Anniversary photos. On the rooftop, I got to photograph the couple with their pup, Katie and their two kittoz! With all the pet cuddles, you know I was a happy girl. I’m so happy to share their session with you!
